A Family Gives up because of the Judge

A post today on our Irkutsk board, a Spanish family had a terrible encounter with the judge and has given up.This is my worst fear, getting in front of this judge and her treating us like we are animals. This judge really is incapable of any feelings for the poor children and families waiting. Here is copy of the post:
Hi all,
I´ve been hesitating of telling what happened to us with this judge. I didn´t want to discourage any of the waiting families, but I think you should be very careful of how you face this situation.
I remember you that we are from Spain, and adopted a lovely girl from Irkutsk 2 years ago. We already had 2 biological children. During the process, we tried to bring home another girl who was with our daugther in the baby home. To make it shorter, at last, we could only bring the first girl, and so we decided to beguin all the papers to get the other. Two years has passed, and the situation has come worse and worse. Last month we could present our dossier to the judge, having the hope, she would apreciate we really wanted the girl as we had been waiting for 2 years for her and that she could see how happy our family was, having a new member, how she had adjusted and everything. We included legalliced pictures, and all the follow up studies we had gone through, thinking that if she was worried about the future of the adopted children, she could see a very happy child with her family. Her reaction was terribly negative when she realised we wanted another girl. She asked for a lot of more papers but her terrible words were that she couldn´t undesrtand why we wanted 4 children, and that she was sure that as our bio children were born prematurely, we obviously wanted the girls for the organs!!. After this, we have decided to give up. We have been figthing for 4 years in Irkutsk. We are terribly sad for all and we´ll never forget our little girl. But we have been aware that she will do all she can (and she can do all she wants), not to let us have this girl. It is so unfair, we cannot defend ourselves. It is terribly frustrating. She doesn´t understand and of course she doesn´t share the "family feeling", and of course doesn´t play the role of a judge. She left the impartiality on the road, and is clearly against us and doesn´t care to show her feelings.
So, we give up. For those who keep on pushing, I wish you the best luck, any of you that win, will make all of us win a little bit, but I wanted to tell you to be very careful, as bad intentioned people like this judge, can put your efforts inside out, and the price is too high.
My best wishes for all of you,
