Another Missed Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SWEET ANGLE, WE THINK OF YOU EVERYDAY AND PRAY YOU WILL SOON BE HOME WITH US.

Today is Dimples's 6th birthday, the third since we met her. Another milestone we have missed all because of Russian bureaucracy. We went into this to adopt 2 girls between the ages of 2 and 5; now we have only one waiting and she is 6; we have missed so much of her life. We have no way to contact her and wish her a happy birthday. We don't even know if they celebrate birthdays in the orphanage
