Praying Through Adoption

I found this e-book online called Praying Through Adoption. I have been feeling that my prayers are so redundant and this book has helped so much with getting on track. One of the chapters is Spiritual Warfare Against Adoption it includes this prayer: "Lord, the enemy seeks to discourage us from resting in Your will. We are not surprised by his schemes to prevent this child from becoming part of our Christian family. He is the father of lies. However, You can expose his lies and confusion for You are the Light of the world. We look to You for truth, protection and safety from the enemy. Dress us for battle and give us endurance to run the race set before us."
